Golf Zone Direct Gift Card Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using a Golf Zone Direct Gift Card, you agree to the following terms:

Gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, a Golf Zone Direct Gift Card cannot be returned, cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

No cash alternative. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash redemption value.

Products purchased using a gift card are final sale. Goods purchased wholly or partly using a Golf Zone Direct Gift Card are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where required by UK consumer law, including where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or where another statutory right applies.

Validity. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Lost or stolen gift cards. Golf Zone Direct cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, deleted or incorrectly supplied gift card codes. Gift cards should be treated like cash.

Shipping charges. Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible products but cannot be used towards delivery or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Partial redemption. Where the full value of a gift card is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance may be used on a future eligible purchase before the expiry date.

Insufficient balance. If the value of an order exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Promotions and discounts. Gift cards cannot be combined with certain promotional offers or discount codes where specifically stated.

Acceptance of terms. Purchase or use of a Golf Zone Direct Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
